Frequently Asked Questions

If I purchase on program option, can I upgrade later on?

Yes. You will have to pay the price difference for the new program, and the price AT THE TIME of the upgrade. Prices do change throughout the year, so it's possible the program is more expensive later on (prices don't decrease until the following school year).

What happens if a student misses a class?

Lectures are recorded so students can view the recordings at any time in the school year. And there are multiple help sessions a student can choose from, so they can always reschedule to a different time slot.

How many help sessions can a student come to?

They're able to come to all 8 every week if they want. They should come to as many as they need to get help with whatever they're working on.

How do students catch up if they're behind or their school goes on a different schedule?

I always have students focus on their own goals first. So they should focus on building up the skills they need for their current school work first.

Eventually, I always suggest students catch up to the live lectures so that we have time for exam preparation.

Are there any refunds?

You can request a refund in the first two weeks of enrollment. There is a $50 non-refundable amount due to credit card processing fees, but the remainder of the amount can be fully refunded.

Note that any student who requests a refund will be barred from enrolling in any other programs. I only want students to find the program and materials helpful to remain in the programs.

How Does the Q&A Support Work?

Students ask questions either in WhatsApp, Discord, or a Q&A area where they can get help with school work. Turnaround time is maximum of 12 hours (for overnight questions), but usually they're answered within a few hours.
